The Provision of Services for Restaurant Operation at Independence House, Mahé, Seychelles.

Eligibility
Open to Seychellois citizens/companies with 100% Seychellois shareholding and with no existing commercial lease with entities of the Seychelles Government.

Use/Services
Restaurant, Café, Takeaway and Catering.

Setup and commencement
3 months

Collection of tender documents:
Tuesday, 24 February 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Seychelles Investment Board, Second Floor, Independence House Annex.

The Deadline for collection of Tender documents:
Tuesday, 10 March 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

Pre-bid meeting:
The interested applicants must attend one (1) mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on Thursday, 12 March 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The pre bid meeting will be held at the Independence House Building, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles, at 10:00 am.

Deadline for submission of tender documents:
Tender bids should be submitted no later than Thursday, 9 April 2026, before 10:00 a.m. in a sealed envelope deposited at the National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.

The applicant shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his or her tender application and SIB will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs.

SIB may extend the deadline for submission of tender applications by issuing an addendum, in which case all rights and obligations of SIB and the applicants previously subject to the original deadline will then be subject to the new deadline.
