Are we doing things differently?

In order to ensure the highest level of health and safety of our staff and investors, we ask that you follow the measures in place, outlined below:



  • Investors are encouraged to schedule digital meetings via zoom or other platforms as much as possible.
  • Investors wishing to meet with our Investment Analysts are asked to schedule an appointment.
  • All visitors to SIB are required to enter the building via the Independence House entry, for screening.


Health and safety measures for meetings

  • Masks are to be worn at all times
  • Hand hygiene measures are to be observed (sanitizing, no hand shaking)
  • 1-meter social distancing are to be observed at all times


Project Submission

  • We kindly ask investors to send digital copies of documents.
  • If you have submitted a project to SIB, rest assured that our Investment Facilitation and Services team is still processing them as we would normally. However, that being said, we do anticipate delays in comments from our referral agencies. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
