Dependent Permit

An investor who has been granted a Permanent Residence Permit or Citizenship and wishes to be accompanied by spouse and children will need to apply for a Dependent’s Permit. This Permit will allow spouse and children who are not of school age (0 to 3 years) to live in Seychelles.

Applicants must submit:

  • A copy of child’s (0 to 3 years) Birth Certificate and translation where necessary.
  • Documentary proof of means to support the Dependent(s) (e.g. Pay Slip, savings etc.).
  • A copy of the Marriage Certificate.

Student Permit

An investor who has been granted a Permanent Residence Permit or Citizenship and wishes to be accompanied by children who are of school age (4 to 18 years), will need to apply for a Student Permit to follow a course in an approved educational institution in Seychelles. This Permit will be valid for as long as the child is attending his/her course of study. Students are not permitted to work under this Permit. Once the Permit holder completes his/her studies, he/she must apply for a Gainful Occupational Permit (GOP), in order to be employed and continue living in Seychelles.

  • A copy of child’s (4 to 18 years) Birth Certificate and translation were necessary.
  • Documentary proof of acceptance from the educational institution the child is enrolled in.
  • Documentary evidence of financial means to support the child for the duration of the course of study.
